FCC received a call about an injured cat and picked it up to take to a local vet. When he arrived the vet decided the only name for him had to be Starvin Marvin. He was as emaciated as any cat they have ever seen and still alive. It has been a long road of recovery for Marvin. Due to the extreme state of his body his internal organs had started to shut down. In his recovery process Marvin developed diabetes. Marvin is on twice daily insulin injections and doing very well. Inspite of his physical difficulties Marvin is a very loving and sweet cat. He likes to lay where you are and likes to lay next to you when you lay down. If he wants attention he will bump you until you pet him. He is truly a survivor and one of the greatest cats.
